Three planned programmes: fat loss, muscle building and habits. With real progression and a technique video for every exercise.
Pick a goal
Answer three questions and you're in. You can switch programmes whenever you like.
Strength training to keep your muscle while the fat comes off, with the nutrition to match.
Planned load progression and enough food to build, without getting sloppy.
Hold your current shape, move every week and eat well without living on a diet.
What you get
Streak, daily habits, a weight log that recalculates your calories, and a training diary. It fills itself in as you go about your day.
One-tap daily check-in, your streak grows and you compete in the weekly ranking with the rest of the group. The bot brings you each day's session.
The technique of every movement explained before you touch a weight. Filter by muscle or by the equipment you have.
What's on every day of the month: strength sessions, hypopressives, walks and active rest. All set before you start.
Every exercise with sets, reps, RIR, timed rest and the form cues you need to train safely on your own.
You log each week's weights, and at the monthly review we look at numbers, not feelings. Your body weight counts too: when you log it, your calories are recalculated automatically.
Every movement explained on video, with the keys to training safely on your own. The catalogue filters by muscle or by the equipment you have.
Every month has a concrete goal and a clear sign that it's working — which is almost never the scale.
One-tap daily check-in on Telegram, streaks, habits and a weekly consistency ranking. The bot brings you each day's session: training in company keeps you hooked.
A real example
This is what a session inside your plan looks like. No vague "3 sets of squats": every line tells you exactly how it should be trained.
| Exercise | Sets × reps | RIR | Rest | Form cues |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Barbell hip thrust | 4 × 8-12 | 2 | 120 s | Chin to chest, ribs down. Squeeze for 2 s at the top. |
| Romanian deadlift | 4 × 10 | 2 | 90 s | Bar close to your legs. Hips back, neutral spine. |
| Bulgarian split squat | 3 × 10 / leg | 2 | 90 s | Lean your torso forward slightly to shift the load to the glute. |
| Single-leg hip thrust | 3 × 12 / leg | 2 | 60 s | Fixes side-to-side imbalances. |
| Cable glute kickback | 3 × 15 / leg | 1 | 60 s | Don't arch your lower back: the movement comes from the hip. |
| Hip abduction machine | 4 × 15-20 | 1 | 45 s | Lean forward to isolate the muscle better. |
| Dead bug | 3 × 10 / side | — | 45 s | Deep core. Lower back flat on the floor the whole time. |
The detail that changes everything
RIR stands for reps in reserve: how many reps you have left when you finish the set. It's how we make sure you train close to failure without overshooting.
Without that reference, the same session can be too easy one day and too much the next without you noticing. It's what separates training from just moving.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| RIR 3 | You could do 3 more reps. |
| RIR 2 | 2 reps to spare. That's where progress happens. |
| RIR 1 | At the limit: only 1 left in the tank. |
| Failure | You stop when your form starts to break down. |

The catalogue is open: search by muscle or by the equipment you have, and check the technique for every exercise. It's the same one I use to build your plan.
Frequently asked questions
Yes — in fact that's when it shows the most. The online personal training we do here starts below what you think you need: usually two or three short strength days, with a technique video for every exercise so you learn the pattern before adding weight. It seems light on purpose: what keeps you here in month three is not burning out in month one. Consistency beats intensity, every time.
No. Your training plan is built with whatever you have: a full gym, a pair of dumbbells in the living room or a travel resistance band. Every exercise in the catalogue is filtered by equipment, so if your setup changes — you join a gym, you go on holiday — the plan changes with you without losing the progression.
Three days a week is the sweet spot to build strength and look better without training eating your schedule. Full sessions take 55 to 70 minutes including the warm-up, and can be trimmed to 40 if your week is packed. In the initial questionnaire you tell me how many days you really have, and we take it into account.
The first signs come early: you sleep better, tire less, take the stairs without thinking. Strength goes up measurably in the first four weeks — you'll see it in your weight log — and visible changes in the mirror usually start around week eight, sooner if nutrition is on board. If someone promises you abs in fifteen days, be suspicious: that's not training, it's marketing.
Yes — and it's one of the first things you notice. When you eat real food with enough protein, matched to what you burn, your energy stops swinging: the post-lunch drowsiness and the mid-afternoon slump disappear, you train with more drive and recover sooner. Eating well isn't going hungry: it's giving your body the fuel it was missing. That's why the plans with nutrition are the ones you feel fastest.
There's almost always a version of the exercise you can do in the meantime — changing the range, the equipment or the angle — and the community will point you the same day. For anything serious, the one-to-one video call with Ana is exactly for that: reviewing how you're doing and adjusting the plan to your situation. And if there's real pain, your doctor or physio always comes first.
Yes. We work month to month, no lock-in: cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the paid period. All I ask is that you tell me, so we close the process properly and I leave you a routine to keep training on your own if you want.
No commitment. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and how I'd approach it.
✨ First week's a trial: train for 7 days and decide afterwards.
